Global attraction experience software and mobile app specialists n-gage.io are announced as headline sponsors of the BIAZA Annual Conference 2025.
The British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA) are holding their annual conference on 17-19 June 2025 at Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park in Suffolk, where over hundreds of representatives from the zoo and aquarium community across Britain and Ireland are set to gather for their annual event.
As the business continues to grow its client base of zoos, wildlife and safari parks, the team are attending and sponsoring the BIAZA Annual Conference to showcase how the n-gage.io software is helping the industry to enhance the way they engage with their guests, whilst delivering market leading insights, to help improve operations, promote conservation education and drive revenue growth.
Already working with numerous BIAZA members across the UK, the n-gage.io team is set to speak to other zoos, wildlife parks and aquariums who are yet to experience the power of the software and guest mobile app for themselves.
One of the BIAZA members already benefitting from the n-gage.io technology and mobile guest app are Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park, the hosts of the BIAZA Annual Conference for 2025.
Having deployed the software and app back in 2023, the team at Jimmy’s Farm have embedded it into their entire guest journey, also integrating it into their park ticketing software to offer a seamless experience for both day guests and members alike.
As Stevie Sheppard, Park Director explains, the software is now delivering valuable insights to help both marketing, operations and management enhance the guest experience and drive revenues: “The fact that we can now manage our visitor’s interactive digital experience day to day, means we’ve been able to be far more personalised in our approach, based on the data the platform and app is generating. And from an operational perspective, we’re able to help our visitors plan and manage their day more effectively, from integrating with digital ticketing through to interactive mapping and wayfinding. This digital approach and the site’s drive for sustainability has also helped to reduce the need for as much signage and be less reliant on things like paper maps and other printed information resulting in additional cost savings.”
The Annual Conference brings the zoo and aquarium community together to discuss best practices, share experiences and learn more about trends across the industry. In a packed conference schedule, delegates will cover topics such as accreditation, public affairs and partnerships, as well as sessions on sustainability, ticketing and conservation and animal welfare. Bryan Hoare, Founder and CEO of n-gage.io will also be hosting a session on the benefits of leveraging digital technology to enhance the guest experience. The conference also incorporates the BIAZA Annual General Meeting.
