Global attraction experience software and mobile app specialists n-gage.io have launched a new industry survey aimed at zoos and wildlife attractions across North America.

The short five minute survey has been designed to gather valuable insight into the current challenges, priorities and ambitions shaping the sector. By inviting professionals from across the industry to share their perspectives,  n-gage.io  hopes to gain a deeper understanding of the issues attractions are currently facing, as well as their goals for improving visitor engagement and operational efficiency.

The survey also explores awareness around the role guest experience mobile apps can play in enhancing the visitor journey. The findings will help the n-gage.io team continue to evolve the software and app in ways that directly support the needs of wildlife attractions and their audiences.

This latest initiative follows a similar survey conducted recently within the British Zoo and Wildlife Attraction sector. Responses from attractions across the UK are now being carefully analysed, providing valuable feedback on the challenges and opportunities currently shaping the industry.

Insights gathered from both surveys will help n-gage.io better understand how attractions are adapting to changing visitor expectations, operational pressures, market conditions and technological opportunities. The team is particularly interested in identifying any similarities or contrasts between the UK and North American markets, offering a broader view of how the sector is evolving internationally.

By gathering and comparing this feedback, n-gage.io aims to ensure its software and guest experience solutions remain adaptable, relevant and aligned with the real world needs of the global wildlife attraction industry.

As analysis of the UK survey is finalised and responses from North America are received, n-gage.io looks forward to sharing the key findings with both respondents and wider stakeholders and contributing further insight into the future of digital engagement across the global visitor attraction industry.
