Android app crashes immediately after opening

First steps to fix crashes on Android devices

Fixes for members:

  • Restart device and try again.
  • Clear cache/data for the app in Android Settings.
  • Uninstall and reinstall from Google Play.
  • Update to latest Android OS.
Operator notes: - Collect crash logs (device model, OS version, app version). Escalate to engineering with logs if reproducible on >3 devices.
