Can’t log in as stuck on “Preparing your experience”
Clearing stale sessions and network blockers
For app users:
1) Force‑quit app and reopen.
2) Toggle airplane mode and try mobile data vs Wi‑Fi.
3) Ensure date/time are automatic.
4) If still stuck, log out/in; as last resort, reinstall.
Operator triage:
- Check auth service status; spikes in 401/403 or refresh‑token failures.
- Clear server session; revoke and reissue tokens.
- Inspect CDN/config deployments in last 24h.
- Add retry + status banner on loading screen.
- Telemetry with reason codes (network timeout vs auth failure).
