Image uploads fail in CMS

Typical symptoms are as follows:

Images fail to upload when creating events, news, or offers.

Causes:

• File too large (>5MB).
• Unsupported format (e.g., TIFF).
• Temporary CDN outage.

Fix:

• Resize image to <2MB, use JPG/PNG.
• Retry after clearing cache.
• If persistent, send logs/screenshots to Support.
