News/articles deleted in CMS still show; new items don’t appear
Resolve stale content and missing news
Symptoms:
Deleted articles remain visible; new ones don’t show.
Causes: - CDN/app cache not purged; content index not rebuilt.
Fix:
1) Publish changes; confirm Live.
2) Run Reindex content.
3) Purge CDN cache and trigger content sync.
4) Ask users to hard‑refresh after purge.
Prevention:
Enable auto‑purge on publish/unpublish.
Daily index health monitor; alert if freshness >15 min.
