Five quick things to try that solve most issues

Checklist:

1) Verify your email and check spam for codes.

2) Make sure you’re logged into the same email used to buy/renew.

3) Pull down to refresh Wallet; log out/in if needed.

4) Update the app to the latest version; restart your device.

5) If a renewal is missing, contact the attraction with your order number.
