Troubleshooting missing vouchers for valid members
Checklist:
1) Verify active membership in back office.
2) In CMS Offer, check Eligibility/Segment includes member’s plan/site.
3) Confirm Distribution status is Sent and validity window is current.
4) After renewal, ensure entitlement re‑attached to the new record.
Common causes:
Wrong segment/site.
Entitlements not recalculated after renewal.
Distribution job stalled; status N/A.
Fix:
Recalculate entitlements; re‑send campaign; re‑publish if N/A. Escalate with: email, membership ID(s), offer ID, campaign name, screenshots.
