  • - Member full name and email.
  • - Membership ID(s) and product names.
  • - Order ID and date.
  • - Screenshots from ticketing platform and app.
  • - Whether it is a renewal or new purchase.
  • - Any prior fixes attempted (logout/login, reinstall, reseed requested).
