Manage Ticket Categories in Engagement

Manage ticket categories. Imported automatically if integrated with third-party systems.

  • The ticket types screen provides detail of all the different ticket types available in the platform.

  • Ticket types can be manually created in the operator platform by clicking on the new button.

  • Where an integration has been undertaken with a third party ticket provider, additional ticket types will be imported as part of initial integration and updated automatically as new ticket types are created.
