Manage ticket categories. Imported automatically if integrated with third-party systems.
- The ticket types screen provides detail of all the different ticket types available in the platform.
- Ticket types can be manually created in the operator platform by clicking on the new button.
- Where an integration has been undertaken with a third party ticket provider, additional ticket types will be imported as part of initial integration and updated automatically as new ticket types are created.
