Manage Tickets in Engagement

View and search all ticket holders by reference, name, or email.

  • The ticket screen displays a list of all ticket holders. This list includes all imported ticket data where a third party integration is in place as well as any manually generated tickets.

  • Ticket lists can be filtered by the field parameters at the top of each column.

  • Ticket holders can also be searched for by using the search tool and inputting a ticket reference, name or email address.
