Onboarding Guide: Operator Platform - Tiers

Create sponsorship tiers (e.g. Gold, Silver). Add a name, description, symbol, colour, and duration. Tiers determine how sponsorships display in-app.

• Prior to adding sponsors to exhibits, exhibit elements, zones or facilities, sponsorship tiers must be created.

• To create a sponsorship tier, provide a name, a description and choose the duration of the sponsorship. Also indicate if the sponsorship tier is free
  or chargeable. 

Choose the appearance of the sponsorship tier by selecting a symbol and providing a colour. You can choose a standard symbol or add a custom version by uploading a
media file. Custom symbols should be square in dimensions and ideally be
in the form of an icon.
