Digital Innovation arrives at Wild Discovery Zoo
n-gage.io, the innovative attraction management software specialist, has announced a new partnership with Wild Discovery, a small zoo based in the North West to introduce its next-generation digital engagement and operations platform.
The collaboration will see Wild Discovery adopt n-gage.io’s attraction management software and mobile guest app to transform how the zoo connects with its visitors and manages day-to-day operations.

Through the adoption of n-gage.io’s powerful SaaS-based platform, Wild Discovery will be able to enhance its visitor journey, streamline their communication and gain valuable insights into guest behaviour and operational performance.
The partnership will also see the introduction of a branded mobile app, providing guests with interactive maps, real-time information and rich multimedia content designed to elevate the overall experience. The app will give visitors easy access to event schedules, keeper talk times and educational content while allowing the Wild Discovery team to deliver targeted notifications, promote special experiences and encourage repeat visits.
